Eligibility and sync controls
AA exposes only closed, succeeded, penny-reconciled GBP groups with a populated ledger. One then rejects missing mappings, locked periods, finalised VAT periods and rounding over 2p.

Settlement group IDs are idempotent. The overlap refreshes late Amazon updates without duplicating journals.
